"Skynet worldwide Express"- Should be called Skynet Snail Mail!

Perfect delivery flow whilst parcel is in the UK but the minute the parcel gets in the hands of of the South African side of Skynet, it's like shooting a rocket into space. High speeds through the earth's gravity and the minute it exists the earths atmosphere, it moves at snail's pace. They don't give a damn about SLA, they motto is you get it when you get it! An absolute JOKE!

My current issue that has not been addressed by Skynet SA" My parcel was in SkyNet SA's hands on the 31st July 2018, on the 2nd August 2018 it's been put on Hold. It's been nearly a week and the status has not changed whatsoever. I've tried contacting SkyNet SA - but each agent was unable to assist as I wanted to resolve and provide any needed information to make the delivery seemless. But it has all led me to this point and I must state this has been very disappointing situation and service from what I was promised from Next and SkyNet SA
