Skynet Worldwide Express : Poor Service delivery

With Skynet being in business for such a long period of time you would assume their service gets better however of recent it has been a horrible experience dealing with them. They have confirmed that they have my package with them 1 month ago and I have still not received the package. Contacting them is pretty much useless - they feedback that they are going to resolve the issue but nothing happens. My advise to you would be to shop around and avoid using their services.
