Skynet Worldwide Express?? NOTHING EXPRESS ABOUT THEM. .

Communication is utterly terrible, I have two parcels that has been received by Skynet more than a week ago, on their tracing it shows it went out for delivery 2 days ago, yet I have not received a phone call regarding the delivery,

You are not able to get through to them via the supp**** number and when you eventually get through to reception, who also answers the phone as if she is busy dying, you need to be transferred to customer service, held on twice for close to an hour with no Luck,

They have the whatsapp chat option which is even more terrible, put through the entire situation and request, and after roughly 5 hours (requesting feedback 3 times in between) all I got was "1 Parcel is out for delivery". asking again regarding the 2nd parcel no answer, it has now been another day later and I've sent Messages to which I have received no response.

Then there is the Email method, same situation, Day and a half later, no response.
