Skynet Worldwide Express needs an upgrade!

I ordered a package from a fantastic online app and they provided Skynet Worldwide express to deliver the package. It is impossible to pay the tax and duties, the link opens up and the form that supposed to be filled in, does not work at all. It is unacceptable and it is impossible to get hold of customer care. I am highly upset and the company is not helping at all.
