Skynet Worldwide Express losing parcels

My parcel has been with Skynet couriers for the past 2 weeks in Jhb. I called both the Jhb and the East London branch for assistance and after promising that they will investigate and come back to me, they kept quiet. No follow ups, NOTHING. I want Skynet to track the receiver of my parcel within their company.
