Skynet Worldwide Express is not a Real Company

There is no way that Skynet Worldwide Express is a real company. If it does it is either a division of the Post Office or the Post Office rebranded.

I received SMS confirming delivery and I am still waiting, this was a week ago. When calling I was on hold for over 38 minutes (First ever experience), when I finally got through to an agent, they were out of touch, I didn't even feel like I was talking to a human-being... I had to grovel when speaking to the driver, without any assurance of the delivery being made.
