Skynet Worldwide Express don't deliver their packages, or their marketing promises - what a disaster of a company

Such a disappointment. I ordered my vehicle license disc online and sadly, the courier that they use is Skynet Worldwide Express. They have a very low trust rating and one would think that in the international world of business, they would do something to improve their service. I have spoken to Celine, who escalated on 12 Feb 2026, Andrew the Kimberley driver today and now again I spoke to Zinzile in escalations JHB. No recourse is offered to clients to be refunded. We are left with the Motor Vehicle License in the hands of an unaccountable and ************* courier company, and we just have to swallow this very Poor Client Service garbage and endure it again next year, when licenses need to be renewed again. This company is not fulfilling the terms of their SLA with the RTMC in South Africa!! Skynet Worldwide Express is as effective as the South African Postal service. Obviously they have no competition because every good Marketing Executive knows that retaining clients is better business strategy than losing clients. Thus client service is paramount to the success of the business. Maybe Skynet needs a new Marketing Department and Management overhaul.
