Skynet Worldwide Express - Disgraceful lack of Customer Service

Absolutely pathetic service, as there is NO service given. When you call you hold for hours, when you Whatsapp you get acknowledged at first (sometimes) and asked your name, and then that's it, no further assistance, feedback or reply. Tried emailing, same thing, initial acknowledgement and then nothing else, no assistance, no reply, no feedback, NOTHING!! we have been waiting for a parcel ordered through Shein, on the tracking info there are notifications that a message has been sent to the recipient (me), but this is FALSE and UNTRUE, as no messages have been sent and received. How is this company even still open?! The lack of customer service is shocking and disgraceful!!!!
