Skynet worldwide express delivered my parcel to the wrong person and they claim that person is me

I had a bad experience with skynet,my delivery was supposed to arrrived thursday between 8am and 5pm and it did'nt arrive but when i tracked my order very same afternoon it saying it has been delivered ,when i contact them they are saying i received the parcel and i gave them my id of which it is wrong i dont have the ID book but i have the ID card,and the photo on that ID they received it was not me and the location they''ve delivered to is not mine that means my parcel was taken by somebody else and i did'nt even received the call asking my whereabout cause it was supposed to be delivered at my working place.
