SkyNet - Worldwide Express Courier - what a joke!!!!!

Waited ALL day, Friday 11 August, 2023, I called them, was cut-off twice, held on for 5 minutes, eventually got through to Given at 16;45, who then tried to contact the driver, the driver’s mobile phone was on voice mail!!!!!!! Given then said they will deliver until 18:00. I left my residence at 18:05 pm to a dinner appt, the courier arrived at 18:30:45. Disgraceful, absolutely shocking!!!!! How dare they let people wait ALL day for a delivery service with no communication to the customer??!!!! Won’t ever recommend them to anyone-will post on my social media account - people need to know just how bad their service is!!!!
