skynet worldwide express - bad bad bad service

My Husband received a sms on the 21st of December 2024 to let him know that his parcel (Licences) is out on Delivery, it is now the 31of of December and still no parcel / documents and the *** number they have just does not get answered, I have wasted over 1hr this morning trying to get somebody to answer and explain what has happened to our delivery. I am not sure if they think we live on another planet. But i would personally never use Skynet and been in charge of our company's delivery services, I will also never use them or recommend them
