Will never do business with this company, 1 st received the sms after I got my parcel, given it may have been the serves provider that was slow, 2 the delivery man was rude, handed me the parcel and said sign, okay where? His response: there, with his hands in his pockets, after I signed he looked at me with an attitude and said fill in everything (name sel number that tipe of info ) 3 NEVER ASK FOR MY ID, that was said they will need nor did I ever received a tracing number (the sms was just basically your parcel is on its way please be there) ,In my mind if you deliver a product to a customer the courier becomes part of your company, as they meet the customer, so that is a no go form me (well the parcel did come form the traffic department so)
