The only reason I'm not giving this company 0 is because it doesn't exist on the options.This is the second time buying something and having them as the courier service.Last time we had to drive ourselves to their offices to collect after paying courier fees as they kept on giving us excuses.Second time ordering and so far for the past 3 days they having been saying my parcel is out for delivery only then to say no one was there to pick up package when I'm home all the time.They don't call you or email you.When to contact call center they are not helpful at all.The businesses that are using this courier service should stop completely.This is unacceptable on all levels
