Skynet Worldwide ExFAIL

This by far is the worst experience of my life, I received an SMS stating my delivery will arrive by 5pm, here is the actual SMS "Hi T M SkyNet should deliver your Vodacom order by 5pm today. Remember a copy of your ID and proof of address. Queries, WhatsApp ***" I stayed home expecting the delivery as the SMS came quite early, at 10:30am I decided to go to the office and shortly after arriving at work I got a call from a Charlton Hendricks who works for Skynet asking me if I was home and I informed him I was not and would be there by 2pm to which he said he will not be in the area, I trued contacting the customer services team and was on the line for 30 minutes waiting to speak to a consultant and this was in vain, their WhatsApp line just as useless and now I just got an SMS telling me delivery failed LOL and they will contact me to reschedule, how does this company send ambiguous SMSes and blame the customer for not being there before the time they said they would come and deliver. I am soo disappointed!!
