I received an SMS from Skynet Couriers on 28 May stating my parcel was out for delivery. It is now 4 June — a full week later — and I still haven’t received anything. • I’ve tried calling your customer service: no answer. • I’ve sent multiple emails: no reply. • Tracking hasn’t updated since 28 May.

This is unacceptable. I expect: 1. An immediate update on where my parcel is. 2. A proper explanation for the delay. 3. Delivery within 24 hours — or a refund from the sender.

You’ve failed on every level — delivery, support, and basic communication.
