Skynet Worldwide Couriers Non Delivery

I’ve been waiting since 1 September for the delivery via Skynet of my car license disc. It’s the 4 September 2023 and on both days the tracking website shows out for delivery. The same promised via email enquiries, but no delivery whatsoever. I can’t get through to their call centre, must have made more than 7 calls over 10min each and selecting 0 to leave a message, you get cut off. I stay less than 15km from the depot and how it takes more than 2 days to get delivered, and still ongoing, is beyond me. I noted other similar complaints on HelloPeter. This is really unacceptable service.
