Skynet worldwide are unprofessional and ****s

This is the second time I've renewed my license disc and awaiting delivery of it past the communicated delivery date. I was advised via text message that my delivery will be made on 22 December 2023. I waited the whole day and there was no call from the complex gate, or from a skynet personell. I checked the waybill tracking in the evening and saw that the driver recorded that client refused to collect package, which was logged at 18:52. This is absolutely infuriating as this is the second time that this has happened. I need my package delivered today before 12pm.
