Skynet world wide sucks

I dont even want to give them 1 star!!! Worst ever!! I orderd from overseas now i am struggling to get my parcel cause they do not pick up the phone!!! or even respond on emails !! what now. I cant pay my duties and taxes cause they want me to put in my id document and my bank info that i do not trust usually they will send me a link to pay now this looks like a ****.
