Skynet world express very bad service and ****mers

I made a return for shein items and Skynet came to collect my package for return on the 12 Semptember 2024, today it’s the 7 of December 2024, Skynet had never taken the package to shein, when I’m inquiring about it they don’t know where it is, they lost it, no communication from Skynet, when I call them they don’t answer their phone, they don’t respond to emails, I now lost R1500 because of Skynet and they are not bordering on keeping a trace on my package,
