Skynet Wordwide express are ***********

I paid and ordered my license disc though the Capitec app and received an sms on the 22 Dec 2024 that my package will be delivered in 3 -5 working days. Today is 10 normal days since the message. Skynet package status is still in the same place. Not a sing person answers the switch board or any other number. Waiting on the line as if I have all the airtime in the world for 20 Minutes and not an amazing. Yet apparently our calls are important to the *********** company.

All I want to do is find out where my package is so I don't get fined and also to make sure I will be around to be able to collect. But how does one do this if the useless company doesn't answer the ****** phone or emails?.

I will never recommend Skynet Worldwide Express to a single person.
