Skynet won't reply to my messages

After a long wait for my package and after paying all the necessary fees I have been e-mailing to find out when a delivery will be made and have received no replies. I am getting sick and tired of being ignored and the attitude I have received when they DO reply. Truly shocking. Will never buy from Asos while they are using sky net.
