Skynet Vodacom the worse service ever

This has been the worst services I've ever had. It's been going on since the 16/01/2025. I phone and they keep me on the line for over 10 minutes waiting. Then I make arrangements for the parcel to be delivered and it never comes. All I get is a SMS saying delivery failed. The first time I stay late at work just to make sure I don't miss them, but they never came. I phone again to make arrangements this time to be delivered at my house. I leave work early but again just to get a SMS saying again delivery failed. It's very clear your drivers are absolutely useless. I advise people to stay clear from skynet. It's been the worse service I've ever received. They ask me to put a star rating on here. I had to put one star but actually skynet does not even deserve a one star.
