Skynet very disappointing

Hello Peter

I’ve been awaiting my package for too long now,the online tracking shows that it was delivered 09/10/2023 but it was never delivered.I spoke to an Kimberley-South Africa branch agent yesterday and she said they are sending it out for delivery,I’ve been waiting since.Today I have been trying to contact them,the line just keeps ringing. Skynet is not responding to my calls,WhatsApp and emails.This is a very disappointing and unprofessional
