Skynet very disappointed with your driver Reba

Been waiting for my vodacom package for almost 2 weeks. 2 times the driver(Reba) called saying he is in my area and he is not fami**** with the place( Letlhabile) and he doesn't have GPS and I should come to where he is to collect my package. What kind of courier service with no GPS and requires customers to do their job.

And again today did the same, I'm not fami**** with the area thing and I directed him and said I'll meet him half way. I waited for 45mins until my battery died. Still no package Very disappointed with Skynet and it's employees
