SkyNet: useless and terrible service!

Absolute shocking service. If you have a choice, do not use Skynet ever!! Customer Service is useless. Full of empty promises and no delivery of services or parcel for that matter. I think my parcel is missing, still waiting to hear what they say next. There WhatsApp line is even worse. Skynet is ruining my vacation plans and I am furious.
