Skynet UNreliable courier service

It's a pity that 1 star is the lowest one can score. In the last few months I suffered losses due to Skynet not delivering my parcels. I receive SMS messages early morning to say parcel is onroute. Having someone at home waiting for the delivery. Calling the call centre being assured parcel will still be deliverd my. Then they proudly declare reliable service? Really??
