SKYNET turns it around!

I've had very very bad experiences with Skynet in the past when ordering bike parts from CRC in the UK. At the time I complained profusely to CRC. Friends had similar experiences at the same time. I ordered something from CRC a couple of weeks ago and happy to report drastic changes at Skynet. They answer their phones; they have knowledgeable staff that are helpful and got my order delivered in no time. Now that is a noteworthy turnaround! Well done SKYNET!!!!!!
