Just another s*** delivery company with useless personnel and **** services. At this point, not being able to track or receive items should be labelled as theft. I don’t even know why SHEIN uses these poor service companies that go as far as even blocking your number if you try to consult regarding the whereabouts of your parcel

I told them to cancel the delivery so that I can get my refund from SHEIN but they keep playing with me. Burning airtime for people that are probably half drunk and can’t pick up calls. Or block pressure. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. This is not a company but a *** house
