Skynet - tragedy.

I’ve been struggling with my vodacom order for weeks, finally it gets resolved and they tell me, it will be delivered through skynet. I receive a SMS from Skynet saying they will be in communication with me on SMS with tracking details and so forth. Received no communication regarding tracking whatsoever. I receive a SMS this morning saying, My order was unsuccessful. How do you deliver something without communication no tracking , no call from the delivery guy nothing. And then the cherry on top- the website where you can “track” complete disaster does not even pick up my order number. Absolutely terrible and useless service. Rather use PDP or Aramex.
