Skynet - The worst Courier is South Africa

Pretty much the worst possible courier company in South Africa. My parcel was handed over to Skynet on the 26/11/24 with delivery to be in 3 working days. By the 04/12/24, I had not received delivery as yet and according to tracking there had been no update since the 27/11/24. After spending hours on the 04/12/24, trying to get through to someone I finally spoke to someone who said they would escalate the delivery to go out on the 05/12/24. I get an sms on 05/12 that the package will be delivered that day. 05/12 goes by, no delivery was attempted. Again I tried for hours to get ahold of someone no answer. Again today, 06/12/24, I spent hours trying to get ahold of someone and no answer. Not even a response to my numerous emails. I have filed a complaint with the Goods and Services Ombudsman, hopefully they will help put a company with such an abysmal service delivery and customer service either on the right track or out of business where it belongs.
