Skynet the MOST USELESS and STUPID COURIER CAMPANY

Skynet is just the most useless courier campany in this country. My delivery was supposed to arrive in November and didn't, when I phoned them they told me that they can't find my address, bare in mind they once delivered something in my address before all of a sudden now they can't find it. They told me to give them a different address and I did but instead of delivering my parcel that address they told me that it has been returned to Johannesburg and I'm like WHAT THE ****, this parcel was already in Cape Town but they return it instead of delivering it to me and my delivery fee has not been paid back
