SKYNET the courier company that does not deliver .

The most useless courier company i have ever experienced . Been waiting for 2 car licenses since 18 December . Today is 8 January . They never answer promptly and make false promises . Request to speak to a supervisor or manager is never met . The fact that FNB Bank uses this courier company is questionable , im thinking kickbacks . Only logical reason i can give . Why would a bank who prides themselves on excellent service use such a useless courier company . Skynets staff are all underqualified to interact with public and queries and as for management its non existant . NEVER USE SKYNET FOR ANY DELIVERIES if you want your package delivered . As for license renewal through FNB app , dont bother if they only use SKYNET , rather wiat in a Q at the license department its much faster .
