Skynet Terrible Services

Terrible experience with skynet. I haven't received my parcel for 5 days, the consultants at this terrible company keeps taking me from pillar to post, and now I've being asked for documents which they dont even have no clue who should provide the documents. I will never this company, please refund and i can source for another company.
