Skynet Terrible Service Temu 2024

Had the privilege to be put on hold, then had a black lady thinking she has the right to talk straight over me. And then not understanding the issue. Found a second time. Was put through to customs and another black lady thought it is okay to not write any details down and then had to ask it again from me. I paid for a parcel from Temu. Received no emails nor a link to pay customs. Wrong email was used. No follow up from Skynet. No sms. No phone call. Third party service provider and useless at it! Order: *** *** Buffaloex Rock!
