Skynet sucks

If i could give them a ZERO star rating I would! Delivery was scheduled between 2 and 3. 3:05 comes and I give them a call. I'm told the driver is finishing up with a delivery in the very next suburb and then he will be on his way to me. These are very small residential areas so I'm expecting 3:20 or 3:25 latest. He pitches us at 4:25 !!!!! The absolute WORST service from a courier company
