SKYNET SUCKS

This morning at 07:01 I received and SMS to say my parcel is out on delivery. At 11:44 I called to try and get an estimated delivery time. A very kind lady called back and told me the driver said they'll be in my area between 14:00 and 16:00.....unfortunately I did not ask if that was going to be today, tomorrow or any other day. I'VE BEEN HOME THE WHOLE DAY, DESPITE HAVE TO ATTEND TO SOME EXTREMLY URGENT MATTERS, AND IT IS NOW 17:23 AND STILL NO DELIVERY. It is the 1st time I've had dealing s with SkyNet Worldwide Express South Africa and remember first impressions last a LOOOONG time. Should I be asked is I could recommend a reliable courier service Skynet will DEFINITELY NOT be on that list. The driver has my phone number and a simple phone saying they've been delayed would have gone a long way...I think it's called common courtesy but that no longer in very few businesses in SA these day especially the large conglomerates.
