Skynet sucks

I ordered my licence disk, and Skynet would deliver. I was however on holiday and could not collect the package. I called the when I was back home (13/01/2023) and asked for it to be delivered again. They said they would do so. It is now (17/01/2023) and I have still not received my package. It doesn't matter how many times you call to follow up, there is no one that answers the phone.
