Skynet sucks

<p>i get sent an overnight parcel every month and it always takes a week or more for me to receive it. skynet staff are constantly making excuses and are never apologetic and never have a sense of urgency. I have to make dozens of calls and no ever takes responsibility and I always have to send threatening emails to managers to get my parcels sent. They have the worse customer service </p>
