Skynet South Africa is disappointing

Skynet South Africa, Gauteng and specifically Lambton deliveries have made a very poor impression. The delivery agent was rude and dismissive, the whatsapp facility did not have an agent available to respond to querie and when they eventually did they assured me they would follow up. The result is that a delivery that should have happened on Monday has still not been delivered today. Communication via sms on monday and tuesday stated that the delivery would happen on both the days. I was waiting for it on both full days limiting my ability to attend external meetings. my reference number is K***. This deliver has cost me approx R150 while other couriers would charge R30. Its not what I would expect from an international company.
