Skynet South Africa Horrible Service

Sky net south africa provided the most horrible service ever, I have been waiting a week for a delivery, the driver keeps incorrect information, to the their branch and unable to deliver, after holding for 30 minutes I spoke to a rude lady called Ayanda and she immediately cut my call. Vodacom must stop using this pathetic service, still waiting for my delivery till today, sent several emails, no response
