Skynet = snail mail

Shoddy service from Skynet! Parcel was collected on 22 November in Johannesburg. 4 days later on 26 November I receive a notification that it is out for delivery. A day later, the parcel is still out for delivery! Contacted them on 26 November, asking if I can have the number of the driver as the parcel is needed before close of business. I was told that an agent will call me - a day later and I am still waiting for that call.
