Skynet should just shutdown in SA

After a week of not receiving my parcel, I decided to phone Skynet today as it is my vehicle license renewal, just to find out that it was delivered and signed for a week ago. The driver just gave it to the complex security guard without phoning me so that I can present my ID to verify and collect it. Now no one wants to take responsibility on the fact Skynet gave my license to someone that is not me!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! and worst of all is I still do not have my license and will need to pay again to get a new renewal
