Skynet should just shut down! unless!

I am extremely frustrated with Skynet's service. The driver called me on Friday at 5 PM asking for my address, and despite repeating it over five times, he failed to understand it. My package, containing my car license renewal, has not been delivered, and now I'm driving with an expired license disc. Skynet has ignored my phone calls, Facebook messages, and emails. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable.
