The poorest service on earth, I don't even know why are they still in the market. The collected my parcel from the sender on the 2nd and still today there's no tracking update, it's been on the Haul for 4 days now. You call their stupid call centre you will stay on the call till you drop. Nonsense of a courier company, I have sent a message through their contact centre not even a hello back.
