If it was possible to score minus there they would.I have had the misfortune of using them twice andboth timesnever received the parcel. Att he end of the day the driver logs that you are "not available" for delivery....lying directly. I donot know how Vodacom can use this service to deliver items costing thousands of rands!!! They donot respond to tracking calls, emails or whatsapp. There motto is "You have spoken, we have listened". That is not even funny. I have spent 38 minutes in the queue waiting for an agent who says he cannot reach the driver. I have been waiting for a parcel that is "out on delivery" for 6 days. Can you believe it? It's shocking.
