SKYNET SERVICE IS POOR

Received sms on 23 April to say delivery will be before 17:00 waited in town for them, with no feedback, received the sms again on 24 April, again no delivery but again I waited like an idiot in town. Phoned them on 25 April just to hear no we gave your parcel to ITT they will deliver on Tuesday as they are closed and Monday is public holiday, why give it to a 3rd party, if Skynet was in our town on Thursday? Useless service and customer service!
