Skynet service is an absolute joke.

Service is absolutely shocking, Skynet is dropping the ball they really dont know what they are doing, its just a joke, First order that we placed with them they lost, even though their own website tracking indicated it was in their durban branch because of their incompetence when I phoned to query their response was "oh its on its way", after an argument with them that it was in the durban branch as per their website tracking, they finally admitted it was there, ended up that I had to go fetch it myself because to get what you actually paid for , door to door is too difficult. Second delivery which Im now fighting for, I provided both the suburb and postal code of the area I reside in, they completely ignored both and sent the package to a building in JHB by the same name, again Ill say its an absolute Joke.
