Very Disappointed with Skynet Service – Poor Communication and Unprofessional Conduct.I recently placed an order on SHEIN and was extremely disappointed to find out that Skynet was the courier assigned to deliver my parcel. Despite my concerns, I decided to give them a fair chance unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating.

Firstly, there was no proper delivery arrangement or communication beforehand. I only received a call from my complex gate saying a driver was trying to enter. The driver buzzed once and left almost immediately without making any effort to contact me directly.

I called back within 10 minutes to find out who had attempted delivery, only to be told it was the Skynet driver who was already out of the area and unable to confirm when he would return. This lack of coordination and basic courtesy is unacceptable.

It is now day three, and there has been no delivery. The driver is not answering his phone, and the call centre has been completely unhelpful and ***********. They provide no clear answers, no updates, and no assistance in resolving the issue.
