Skynet **** service

Skynet is often late with my Avon orders but this time they sat with my christmas order from Saturday 21/12/2024 and are only going to deliver late today. This is unacceptable as it was at the Durban branch from Saturday morning. On christmas eve I was informed that the had escalated it with the highest priority and would resolve the issue. Now they tell me they will deliver late today, which means some of my clients will wait for their 'CHRISTMAS' orders till next year! Really unprofessional!
