Skynet refusing to reimburse client

Temu sometimes uses Skynet as their courier. I have paid over the fees to Skynet and then canceled my Temu order. Skynet is ignoring all my emails to the various email accounts I forwarded my dispute to. Their staff who work in accounts as well as customer service ignore the emailed complaints I repeated sent for 2 months now. No service was delivered as my Temu parcel was canceled prior to dispatch.
